Bally Shoe Museum

Quick facts just so you're in the loop:
- Bally is another of the many brands that I'm obsessed with
- It's a Swiss company with exceptionally quality.
- They specialised in shoes and bags and they have a very long history dating back to the 1850s

So during my Trials were of course the Olympics but the Treasures of the Bally  Shoe Museum graced Sydney's QVB. Basically it was a promotion, celebrating the Queen's Diamond Jubilee as HRH Queen Elizabeth || wore Bally shoes for her wedding and her Royal Coronation.

Nothing overly special but here's what I missed

Just to feed your curiosity

Moochi @ Sydney Westfield

Do you remember that post where I said that Moochi opened? Well today I made it my personal mission to go there. My only regret was that I didn't use my card...again.

My companion <3 who is standing next to Rubi Shoes. When I get my online order next month, I'll show you how not to follow the mainstream pastel trend. I mean pastel colours are nice, just not on the stuff that they're selling in shopping centres so my advice is to steer clear from that, and on top of that they're quality is crap anyway.
Pretty isn't it. If you look closely at the counter then you might be able to tell how its 'melted frozen yoghurt'. This reminds me of my Physics test and the Astrophysics section where I'm talking about resolution and resolving objects.
 Cool spoons
The Massive option

Alright time to be critical. Pomegranate was refreshing, better than Wowcow. The biscotti was nice and better than the one I had at Noggi and finally the green tea....I'll be blunt. I didn't like it, fortunately Sweet liked green tea.

Tip: when you go to Moochi be aware that there are no seating areas nearby unless you go to one of the cafes on level 1

Online Shopping Expedition

Exams are over and I went straight to my computer to begin my hardcore 24hrs of online shopping.

Some tips for those who want to start shopping online:
- Have a budget (strange coming from me)
- Look around to get a general idea for how much certain things are because there's nothing worse than buying something that's overpriced
- Know your body shape and what works best for you
- This one relates to those wanting to do formal shopping. First go to shops and just try a whole heap of dresses that tickle your fancy (even if it's slightly). Ignore any unnecessary sequins because the point is to try out different designs so that you know what works for you and this way you have an idea of what styles to look for online.
- Start!

Alright so I swear by this website called taobao, there's so many goods and they're also really cheap, just be weary of all the fakes tho.

Some notable items that I found:
Cool right? Too bad the front doesn't look that great otherwise I would've bought this
My new school bag, gosh I'm going to get so many weird looks, the best thing about it is that it costs $4.50

Oh yeah if you follow my other blog, then you might remember me talking about Kelly Wearstler's Horizon Coat, well I found blazer that reminded me of it so hopefully I can get it before stocks run out because I would love to welcome it to my wardrobe. I don't know why but when I was looking at it again today, it reminded me of Michael Jackson so I can't wait to show you all

A day well spent at Eastwood

It has been a while since I last posted, sorry! On the bright side, I will be posting more often so look forward to that.

I've pretty much conquered all of the restaurants at Eastwood, yeah I go there a lot, like a lot. So yesterday I paid a visit to Homer's cafe and Mr Han's Traditional Chinese Restaurant. No happy snaps of food there but I think I ordered risotto one too many times.

Below is a picture of the BEST fried tofu, it's seasoned with salted egg yolk and it's a really good combination.

After lunch was YOGURBERRY which is coming 'soon' to strathfield. The best part was how it's self serve like Chatswood except they don't have as many flavours.
 Plastic instead of paper
Outside dining except it's right next to the train station

Night time Yogurberry and if you look closely then you will notice something different or well at least different from when I went there earlier

Next up was dinner at Taste of Shanghai, we had the usual shang food like xiao long baos. The downside to today was that I was still full from lunch so there were lots of leftovers.
I found the signage cute, excuse the misleading picture
Finally to conclude this post:

I used my tea set today including the Wedgewood Earl Grey tea that I bought from Myer ages ago, so anyone up for tea?
